Our reliable, eco-friendly transfers ensure you arrive on time, refreshed, and ready for your next adventure. Airport Pickup and Drop-off Policy (Tesla Model Y Chauffeur Service) We provide convenient airport transportation between Fort Lauderdale (FLL), Miami (MIA), and Pompano Backyard with our Tesla Model Y. Please review the guidelines for airport pickups and drop-offs: Pickup from the Airport: Flight Information: When booking your airport ride, please provide accurate flight details, including the airline, flight number, and arrival time. This allows us to monitor your flight for any delays or changes. Meeting Location: Once your flight lands, we will confirm the pickup location at the designated arrivals area or curbside of your terminal. Please inform us of your terminal if you know it ahead of time. Waiting Time: We offer a complimentary 1-hour waiting period after the scheduled pickup time. This includes time for baggage claim and clearing customs, if necessary. Extended Waiting Time: If the driver needs to wait longer than 1 hour, an additional $50 per hour (or part thereof) will be charged. For example, if your pickup time is scheduled for 7:00 PM and the driver waits until 8:00 PM, a $50 fee will apply. Drop-off at the Airport: Pickup Time: Please be ready at the scheduled time for your ride to the airport. Any delays in departure may affect your arrival time at the airport, and additional waiting charges may apply if the driver is kept waiting. Drop-off Location: You will be dropped off curbside at the appropriate terminal, ensuring a smooth and efficient arrival for your flight. Cancellation Policy

Tesla Model Y Chauffeur Service Booking Policy We strive to offer a premium and seamless transportation experience for all guests. Please review the following policies before booking our Tesla Model Y Chauffeur Service: 1. Booking Confirmation: All bookings must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance. Bookings are subject to availability, and confirmation will be provided via email or SMS. A valid phone number and email address must be provided at the time of booking to ensure clear communication. 2. Payment: Full payment is required to confirm your booking. Payments can be made through our secure online portal or via other agreed payment methods. Prices are based on the agreed route, with additional fees for extra waiting time or unscheduled stops (see Waiting Time policy). 3. Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled ride will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled ride are non-refundable. No-shows will also result in the full charge being applied, and no refunds will be provided. 4. Waiting Time: We provide a 1-hour complimentary waiting period for airport pickups after the scheduled arrival time. For all other rides, a 2 hours complimentary wait is included. After the complimentary waiting period, a $50 per hour fee (or part thereof) will be applied for additional waiting time. 5. Additional Stops: If additional stops are required beyond the agreed-upon destination, an extra fee of $25 per stop will be added to the total fare. Additional stops must be pre-arranged or requested with the driver if possible. 6. Changes to Your Booking: Any changes to your booking, including adjustments to pickup time or location, must be communicated at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled ride. We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability. 7. Flight Delays and Adjustments: For airport pickups, we monitor flight information and adjust your pickup time accordingly in case of delays. Please ensure we have the correct flight details at the time of booking. 8. Passenger Conduct: Guests are expected to treat the vehicle and driver with respect. Smoking, excessive noise, and inappropriate behavior are prohibited. The driver reserves the right to refuse service if necessary. 9. Liability: We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
